I create stand alone Windows databases that run as an executable file on either your PC or your network.  This is an older approach that does not rely on the internet for processing or data storage.  The advantage is very fast processing and enhanced security.

This is a specialized service that is appropriate for situations where a spreadsheet is not the best tool to use.
